Exploration for Students

With so many critical decisions to be made in the final years of high school and sometimes afterwards, regarding study and future career choices, students often find they are time poor and/or have little self-awareness, or are simply not yet fully aware of the range of potential career options available. Some students simply have no idea what they want to do!

Katie empowers students by providing help every step of the way - around University pathways, Year 10 subject selections, and decisions in Years 11 & 12 on careers and tertiary pathways. Our work together can be supported by the Morrisby Online assessment used by many high schools & Uni students in Australia, to provide a more rigorous basis for career exploration & discussion. Learn more about this option for you, or your young adult by contacting Katie today.

Nicole (Yr12 student)

I met Katie during my Year 12 in 2020 when we were studying remotely at home because of COVID. I had no idea what I wanted to do after school and felt overwhelmed with the whole situation. I took the Morrisby and used it to explore careers and worked with Katie to identify some careers I liked and she helped me with courses at Uni. I've just started my course at Monash and think I'm going to love it!

Ed (Yr11 student)

I've always wanted a career in the space industry and didn't know much about it. Katie's provided great resources so I can learn more about commercial ventures into space, all the different careers available and to understand how important the future labour market trends are as part of choosing my future career.

Ava (Uni student)

I really hated the course I originally chose within the first few weeks of Uni & I met with Katie who helped me find a much better course that fitted my true career aspirations. I'm now in my second year of Bachelor of Criminology and I have ambitions to join the Border Force once I've graduated.
